Glen Albrecht wrote the music for Jenny Dyer's lyrics BUCKING HELL RODEO DOWNUNDER and was the vocalist on the recording. More about Glen and his band Ricochet:
GLEN ALBRECHT

Glen Albrecht is pictured here with his wife and base player, Vicki, riding in the Great Kilkivan Horse Ride, an annual event which attracts nearly 1000 riders.

Glen is well travelled and performs regularly at Rodeos and Campdrafts. It is nothing for Glen to spend all day in the saddle and then to turn around and perform all night. A true, ridgy didge aussie country bloke.

Vicki, the base player, is well known in the horse racing industry and now enjoys competing in campdraft.

Bucking Hell Rodeo Downunder was inspired by the book RODEO DOWNUNDER, a result and many hours of photographing rodeos. The lyrics of the song was written by Jenny Dyer one night in the car while driving home.
